Tickets Copilot is an AI-powered customer support ticket management platform. The Service provides ticket classification, knowledge retrieval, response generation, and related features. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service integrates with third-party services including AI providers (OpenAI-compatible APIs), email services (IMAP/SMTP), and help desk platforms (Zoho Desk). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tickets Copilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
8. Beta Terms
During the beta period, the Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before introducing paid pricing.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
